Preface: Legend thinks having someone kiss better a scratch or bump is loads of fun. He loves kissing other people's pains, and he complains about old scratches to make whomever will listen feel sorry for him and kiss it better.
Legend is in the tub for his evening bath. I lather his bottom in soap.
Legend - "Ouch."
Me - "What hurts, Legend?"
Legend - "Ouch. My bum."
Me - "Really? Did I hurt your bum?"
Legend - "Ouch. Bum hurts."
Me - "I'm sorry."
Then he flips over onto his knees and points his bottom at me.
Legend - "Kiss it better?"
Not likely, my dear.
But he insists, so I kiss my hand and pat his bottom.
He nods.
Legend - "Thank you. Better."
Me - "Oh good. You're welcome."
