Cody and Legend come in the front door. Legend has a bouquet of flowers in one hand and a card in the other. He sprints down the hallway to me with a huge smile, yelling, and flowers flailing. "Mommy! Mommy!"
Legend pushes the flowers into my face.
"Smell! Mommy! Smell flowers. Present mommy!"
I take the flowers and give him a hug. He puckers up for a kiss too.
Then he holds up my card, rips into it, and hands me the torn up envelope while he marvels at the cutesy bunnies on my valentine.
