Huh?

Kayla is part Indian and is learning Punjabi.  Haan Ji is "yes" in Punjabi, but you may just say "haan" to your peers (not anyone older than you).

At the lunch table,

Me - "Cash, would you like something else to eat now?"
Cash - "Huh?"
Kayla - "Cash, don't say huh."
Me - "That's right. You should say..."
Kayla interrupts - "Say 'haan ji.' You don't say 'haan.' You say 'haan ji' to Auntie Kate."
Cash looks at Kayla, brows furrowed - "Huh?"

Let's try this again.

Me - "Cash, would you like something else to eat now?"
