Preface: I have recently been teaching the kids about BC animals. The first lesson we did was about bears. Legend still talks about Grizzly bears after weeks of other animals. The only other animal he thinks is as awesome is the owl. The kids learned that Grizzly bears eat fruits, vegetables, deer, and fish. Legend often proudly yells "Grizzly bears eat fish!" at random.
I hear Legend moving around in his room at nap time.
I open the door to check on him.
He is just sitting in a corner of his room, banging his foot against the wall.
He looks up as I enter.
Legend - "Mommy! Grizzly bears eat... bears, they eat... eat... Bears eat the special!"
Me - "The special? Are you sure the don't eat fish?"
Legend - "No. Grizzly bears eat the special."
Me - "You're loopy. Please go back to bed."
Legend nods - "Okay."
