Best Friends

Cash and Kayla are holding hands as they walk downstairs after waking from theirs naps. Cash has awoken with a happy disposition and is pleased that Kayla is by his side.

Cash - "Best friends!"

Me - "Who is?"

Cash - "Kayla and Cash!"

Kayla giggles.

Me - "That is nice, Cash. What about Legend?"

Cash - "Yeah. But he is sleeping."

Apparently one only retains Best Friend status if one is awake and present.
